​As with every connection to a web server, the server of our web hosting provider Wix.com logs and stores certain technical data. This data includes the IP address and operating system of your device, the data, the access time, the type of browser and the browser request including the origin of the request (referrer). The web hosting provider protects this data against unauthorized access using technical and organizational measures and does not pass it on to third parties. To the extent that we process personal data, we do so because of our interest in offering you the best possible user experience and ensuring the security and stability of our systems.

5. Online shop

 

​We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for later contract processing, the IP data of the connection owner are stored in cookies, as well as the name, address and means of payment of the buyer.

 

In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of processing the contract: (name and address). The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data is not transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

 

Once the purchase process has been cancelled, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (10 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored until the expiry of the product liability period (10 years).
